What you'll do

• Coordinate prescription and refill requests
• communicate with veterinarians about medication approvals
• process and follow up on pharmacy requests
• complete medical callbacks
• communicate results and recommendations as directed
• track outstanding communications
• coordinate rechecks when appropriate
• document client communications
• review and route medical records
• and follow tasks through completion.
