What you'll do

• Prepare sushi, sashimi, nigiri, maki rolls, poke, and cold-kitchen items to recipes and specifications
• handle sushi rice and ingredients properly
• label, date, rotate, and store ingredients
• maintain workstation cleanliness
• follow food safety and sanitation procedures, including raw seafood temperature control
• assist with prep
• communicate product levels and quality concerns
• execute service accurately during high-volume periods.
