What you'll do

• Provide responsive service to insureds
• review and adjust first-party claims within assigned authority
• research policy coverage
• investigate coverage, cause, and damages at desk and in the field
• schedule and conduct property inspections
• photograph, sketch, and scope damaged and undamaged areas
• determine claim value and establish reserves
• document claim activity and potential subrogation
• prepare basic claim correspondence
• participate in training and claim roundtables
• assist with catastrophe operations as required.
