What you'll do

• Partner with the General Manager on strategy, business performance, and operations
• own EHR/eMAR product vision, AI roadmap, and execution
• supervise product managers and business analysts
• translate care-domain expertise into product requirements
• ensure compliance-by-design and survey-ready documentation
• partner on architecture and interoperability
• collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• conduct discovery with clinicians and facility administrators
• establish product metrics and KPIs.
