What you'll do

• Supervise fleet employees and assess performance

• direct vehicle movement between locations
• ensure timely key handoffs
• assign lot-management responsibilities
• adjust staffing to demand and absences
• ensure vehicles are cleaned and prepared
• oversee opening and closing duties
• maintain supplies and equipment
• train employees
• monitor attendance, performance, and productivity
• document performance issues
• coordinate staff schedules and overtime.
