What you'll do

• Develop and maintain emergency-management tools, templates, and planning frameworks
• oversee the Americas emergency-management program
• align plans, exercises, simulations, and preparedness materials across regions
• coordinate enterprise incident response
• lead regional escalation, documentation, situational awareness, and after-action processes
• partner with security, safety, business continuity, communications, and other stakeholders
• develop training resources and track readiness gaps and corrective actions.
