What you'll do

• Direct daily operations of food outlets, including menu planning, food production, and service quality
• ensure food safety, sanitation, and brand standards
• manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
• monitor food, labor, and supply costs
• oversee purchasing, inventory, and vendors
• track performance and customer satisfaction
• recruit, train, and supervise staff
• ensure compliance with policies, health codes, OSHA, and food safety procedures
• evaluate menu and concept enhancements.
