The Caregiver role is in person in Gig Harbor, WA. Compensation is $22–$28 per hour. No Worries Care’s mission is to enhance lives through high-quality, person-centered care delivered with empathy, respect, and professionalism. The caregiver supports clients, especially older adults, with personal care and daily activities in their homes. By assisting with mobility, meals, medication plans, companionship, and observation while coordinating with families and care teams, the role promotes client well-being and independence.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• support mobility and transfers
• prepare meals and accommodate dietary requirements
• maintain a clean and safe home environment through light housekeeping
• provide companionship and social engagement
• assist with daily living while promoting independence
• administer medications according to care plans and monitor compliance
• observe and report changes in health or behavior
• coordinate with families and care teams.
