What you'll do

• Prepare, cook, and present food to order

• store and rotate perishable stock
• maintain food temperatures
• prepare special orders
• maintain shift stock levels
• organize work areas, coolers, and storage
• assist with inventory and deliveries
• clean kitchen equipment
• complete side work and deep cleaning
• monitor waste and food costs
• address concerns courteously.
