The pastor provides spiritual guidance and pastoral care to residents, supports a discipleship-centered campus culture, and oversees daily operations and leadership development. The role also builds connections among residents, families, volunteers, and church partners to support recovery and community engagement.

What you'll do

• Provide Christ-centered individual and group counseling
• mentor residents and connect them with approved mentors and family
• support Bible study teachers
• help residents find sponsors and progress through recovery phases
• support campus schedules and community activities
• oversee campus operations
• develop staff, interns, and volunteers
• coordinate family support nights, foundation classes, support groups, holidays, and special events
• facilitate marriages, communion, baptisms, and funerals as opportunities arise.
