What you'll do

• Prepare apartments for new tenants through wall repair, painting, caulking, cleaning, appliance inspection and repair, light plumbing, electrical repairs, and flooring touch-ups or replacements
• respond to resident maintenance requests
• inspect grounds and common areas
• maintain tools and work areas
• communicate material needs and project timelines
• meet safety and quality standards.
