Employee Relations Analyst

The Employee Relations Analyst role is onsite in Waller, TX. Compensation is not specified. The role supports employee relations and compliance processes through HR systems, reporting, data analysis, and project work. It helps maintain accurate information, resolve system and process issues, and develop scalable reporting and continuous improvements.

What you'll do

• Support HR systems, data audits, configuration, reporting, and troubleshooting
• audit terminations, unemployment, and background screenings
• review employee relations data
• participate in system implementations and testing
• prepare dashboards and reports
• maintain confidentiality
• analyze HR system requests and resolve technical problems
• support HR functional areas
• recommend process improvements
• facilitate training and documentation.
