What you'll do

• Provide product information on compounded medications and support dosing, administration, and side-effect questions
• communicate with patients and clinics through Salesforce, phone, and email
• educate on therapy expectations, adherence, and safe handling
• provide clinical guidance to onboarding, phone, billing, and pharmacy staff
• participate in workflow planning and training
• update patient profiles and prescription records
• verify prescription data for accuracy and compliance
• use pharmacy software and report system issues.
