What you'll do

• Manage staffing needs for approximately 40–60 part-time coaches
• monitor staffing gaps
• coordinate recruiting, interviews, hiring, and onboarding
• create coach and season schedules
• help develop and deliver coach training
• support coach observations and feedback
• coach sessions as needed
• track staffing and recruiting metrics
• partner with coaching leadership on season preparation and program quality.
