Description

Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company performance standards. Coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth. Examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and all relevant transactions. Enforce adherence to quality standards, procedures, and local and state laws and regulations.
