What you'll do

• Read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• set up press brake machines by selecting punches and dies
• position and align sheet metal
• program CNC controls for bend angles, pressure, and back gauge settings
• operate equipment and monitor production quality
• inspect parts with precision measuring tools
• troubleshoot bending issues
• perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication.
