What you'll do

• Check eligibility
• correct charts and mistakes
• validate appointments and process cancellations or reschedules using Phreesia
• complete preregistration
• greet and register patients
• use ProviderFlow
• answer calls and voice messages and address patient needs
• verify information and collect insurance, demographic details, and signatures as needed
• support clinic compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable rules.
