The Garden Center Merchandiser role is an onsite, full-time position serving retail garden centers around Watertown, Natick, Waltham, and Marlborough, MA. Pay is $19 per hour. Costa Farms’ mission is to enrich the world by bringing plants into everyone’s life. The merchandiser maintains Costa Farms’ product presentation and availability in stores, caring for and replenishing plants while tracking inventory. The role supports consistent merchandising standards and a positive experience for retail customers and consumers.

What you'll do

• Display, stock, and replenish Costa Farms and third-party products
• follow merchandising standards and planograms
• rotate inventory for freshness and product lifecycle
• track and report inventory
• maintain store relationships and provide customer service
• complete surveys and store checks
• prepare stores for tours and events as required.
