What you'll do

• Review medical conditions and pre-screen referrals from hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, homes, and assisted living facilities
• develop call plans and strategies using the Referral Development System
• use market analysis to identify business opportunities
• educate community members, referral sources, and physicians about hospital programs and services
• identify opportunities to position the hospital in the marketplace
• respond to admission barriers and follow up on admission variables.

Why this role

Requires a current driver’s license and CPR certification. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience is preferred, as is at least two years of healthcare experience; nurse liaison or healthcare sales experience is also preferred.
