What you'll do

• Prepare meals, desserts, and snacks according to posted menus and special diets
• serve food that is palatable and presentable
• keep the work area clean, organized, and sanitized
• follow food storage and hot/cold holding requirements and maintain documentation
• estimate and prepare supplies for serving portions
• participate in continuing education.
