What you'll do

• Oversee sanitation programs and cleaning of production equipment and facilities to meet food safety requirements.
• Maintain the Master Sanitation Schedule, pest control and environmental monitoring programs, and related documentation.
• Supervise sanitation staff, manage chemical inventory and supplier coordination, lead allergen and pathogen validation, support hygienic design reviews, and address audit findings and sanitation issues.
