What you'll do

• Assess patients in post-anesthesia and post-operative recovery
• deliver evidence-based nursing care
• coordinate preparation and safe discharge
• monitor patients receiving anesthesia or sedation, including airway management
• administer treatments and physician orders
• maintain infection prevention practices
• support the surgical team
• educate patients and families
• coordinate post-operative care
• and assist with chart review, quality initiatives, and staff education.
