• Lead onsite safety, scheduling, workforce planning, coordination, and cost control
• direct field teams and subcontractors
• coordinate construction and procurement activities with project managers
• review construction documents and submittals
• monitor budgets and field expenditures
• maintain project documentation and stakeholder communication
• identify safety and training needs
• mentor foremen and resolve site challenges.
