Marketing Content & Design Coordinator

The Marketing Content & Design Coordinator role is onsite in Manhattan Beach, CA, and pays $75,000–$90,000 per year. The role reports to K1’s Head of Marketing and supports the firm’s brand across digital, editorial, and event channels. K1 invests in small-cap AI-powered software companies and partners with founders and management teams. The coordinator creates and maintains marketing content and visual assets, helping communicate the firm’s work to founders, executives, and investors. The role contributes to publications, website and microsite content, portfolio stories, and events while using engagement data and repeatable processes to improve marketing output.

What you'll do

• Create visual assets for social posts, one-pagers, event materials, and templates
• build and maintain website pages
• contribute to microsite design and front-end development
• help produce digital firm reports by organizing data and shaping visual narratives
• write and edit social posts, thought leadership, portfolio spotlights, and firm communications
• manage the editorial calendar and monitor content performance
• support event design, content, and social amplification
• use AI tools and develop repeatable workflow improvements.
