What you'll do

• Monitor food inventory and notify the Executive Chef when supplies need reordering
• rotate, label, and store food properly
• cook menu items
• maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation
• follow sanitation and safety procedures
• clean work areas and equipment
• assist with dishwashing and deep cleaning when needed
• prepare and plate banquet food as needed.
