What you'll do

• Welcome clients and pets
• answer phones and client questions
• schedule appointments and manage appointment flow
• check clients in and out and maintain accurate information
• process payments and invoices
• update client and patient records
• relay information between clients and the medical team
• assist with prescription and refill requests and direct medical questions to appropriate staff
• follow up with clients
• explain services, estimates, invoices, and next steps
• and support a smooth patient experience.
