Floor Technician

Job overview

The Floor Technician role is onsite in Wasilla, AK, with starting pay of $17.50 per hour. What you'll do

• Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip and wax, scrub and recoat, and seal and grout work
• clean and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas
• sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and stairs
• move furniture when necessary and follow safety guidelines
• organize the janitor closet
• prepare chemicals and use equipment according to manufacturer specifications
• secure doors and windows
• report repairs, hazards, or service needs to a supervisor.
