Leasing Consultant

The Leasing Consultant role is onsite in Atlanta, GA. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour. The position supports apartment leasing and assists the Community Manager and Assistant Community Manager as directed. The consultant markets available apartments, guides prospective residents through applications and leasing, and supports current residents with renewals and service requests. These activities help maintain occupancy, resident service, and day-to-day community operations.

What you'll do

• Respond to inquiries, greet and tour prospective residents, qualify prospects, and obtain rental applications and deposits
• process applications and lease documents
• schedule move-ins and prepare move-in packages
• track traffic and follow up with prospects
• support marketing and lease renewals
• inspect property and model units
• record resident service requests and occurrences
• assist with apartment turnover and other community management tasks.
