What you'll do

• Assist the Service Manager with daily operations
• support and coach service advisors and staff
• monitor workflow and technician productivity
• resolve customer concerns
• review repair orders for accuracy and compliance
• monitor appointments and service retention
• help achieve sales, gross profit, and CSI goals
• maintain a safe and organized department
• collaborate with Parts, Sales, and Warranty
• step into leadership when the Service Manager is absent.
