Expo and Food Runner

Job overview

The Expo and Food Runner role is onsite in Dallas, TX, with compensation of $10–$15 per hour. What you'll do

• Keep the expo line, kitchen pass, and service areas clean and organized
• inspect dishes for completeness, accuracy, and presentation
• coordinate with chefs and front-of-house staff
• call tickets and manage pacing
• deliver food while tracking tables and seats
• communicate menu details to guests when needed
• assist with guest requests and recovery
• support service teams
• complete opening, mid-shift, and closing duties as directed.

Why this role

Japanese restaurant experience is a plus but not required. At least three months of hospitality experience is preferred; TABC and Food Handler certifications are required as applicable by state and local regulations.
