What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate services for residents and personnel entering and exiting the facility
• act as a liaison among residents, guests, and operations managers
• enforce contract standards
• handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• follow facility policies, including HIPAA requirements. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.
