What you'll do

• Clean and maintain common areas, restrooms, floors, windows, parking lots, and sidewalks
• collect and dispose of trash
• perform minor repairs and building improvements
• respond to spills and cleaning emergencies
• post safety hazard signs
• secure doors after hours
• report major repair needs
• help organize and restock cleaning supplies
• complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.

Why this role
