What you'll do

• Provide customer service, sales, and operational support
• answer phones and greet visitors
• resolve billing and shipment tracking issues
• coordinate with Sales and Service
• assist with sorting, loading, shipment processing, documentation, manifesting, and payments
• dispatch pickup and delivery information and arrange daily pickup schedules
• may assist with import/export documentation and customs clearance.
