What you'll do

• Prototype a generative assistant for alert response using approved observability sources
• build and iterate on retrieval-augmented generation over permissioned internal data
• explore scoped, human-approved remediation designs
• collaborate with platform and service teams to make operational context safely available
• document experiments, limitations, evaluation approaches, and safety assumptions
• ship changes through Git workflows.
