What you'll do

• Monitor and assess high-acuity residents
• interpret symptoms and communicate changes to physicians and supervisors
• collaborate on individualized care plans
• perform routine nursing procedures
• administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• document in PointClickCare
• support hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance
• provide emergency care
• supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff.
