Restaurant General Manager

What you'll do

• Direct and follow up on managers’ and team members’ work
• oversee food safety, sanitation, safety, and security
• hire, develop, evaluate, and coach employees
• manage store systems, recipes, payroll, timekeeping, cash, inventory, food costs, and labor
• order supplies
• create staff schedules
• support local restaurant marketing
• carry out opening and closing procedures.
