The Chemical Plant Technician role is an onsite, full-time position in DeLand, FL. Compensation is $21.00 per hour plus shift differential. Kingspan manufactures sustainable building products and solutions for the construction industry. The technician operates and monitors the chemical laydown workstation on the production line, helping ensure products meet chemical and engineering specifications while supporting safe, efficient, and quality-focused manufacturing.

What you'll do

• Operate the chemical laydown workstation and keep it attended while the line is running
• follow chemical standard operating procedures and PPE requirements
• complete hourly production and quality check sheets
• record and enter production data
• label and stage materials
• identify nonconforming product and notify supervisors or the chemical engineer
• complete preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
• report maintenance needs and policy violations
• maintain workstation cleanliness and order.
