What you'll do

• Maintain cleanliness, food quality, sanitation, and customer service standards
• manage shift operations and direct team members
• handle cash register setup and shift transitions
• train team members when requested
• complete shift reports and documentation
• monitor sales and operations
• enforce safety and security procedures
• at higher levels, manage inventory, food orders, labor and food costs, and mentor junior shift managers.
