What you'll do
- Lead daily CNC shop operations
- direct, support, and train machinists
- set up and operate CNC equipment as needed
- interpret drawings and GD&T
- monitor production, quality, workflow, and schedules
- troubleshoot machining issues
- maintain a safe and organized shop
- purchase materials, tooling, and supplies
- obtain quotes, track purchase orders, manage vendors and inventory
- identify process improvements.
