What you'll do

• Orient new residents
• connect residents with rent and utility assistance, case management, and other resources
• maintain referral information and community resource documents
• build relationships with local agencies and service providers
• support residents seeking employment, SSI, or SSD
• plan and conduct community activities
• assist with program outreach and materials
• maintain tenant confidentiality.
