What you'll do

• Configure, image, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows endpoints, applications, peripherals, and enterprise services
• support software distribution, patching, baselines, and endpoint security compliance
• assist with Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Server, VMware, PowerShell, and permissions tasks
• diagnose technical issues
• document tickets and resolutions
• maintain technical documentation
• communicate with end users
• support security and compliance requirements.
