What you'll do

• Monitor and guide completion of PPS and OBRA assessments and RAPS
• serve as primary UR Coordinator

• monitor and audit records and orders
• assess prospective residents with team members
• schedule and facilitate care conferences
• participate in committees
• input or supervise MDS assessments and transmissions
• manage care planning
• perform nursing functions when required.
