What you'll do

• Manage strategic client relationships and conduct business reviews and technical assessments
• design, implement, and optimize water and energy treatment programs
• oversee audits, water testing, and system diagnostics
• troubleshoot program deviations
• prepare technical reports and proposals
• identify and pursue new and existing account opportunities
• coordinate with business development, sales, marketing, and technical teams
• mentor and guide technical staff
• maintain CRM and account records
• support integration of acquired clients and programs.
