What you'll do

• Leading all maintenance operations at the community.
• Ensuring vacant apartment homes are ready to lease.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Performing preventive maintenance on essential equipment.
• Monitoring the physical condition of the property.
