Provider Data Coordinator

The Provider Data Coordinator role is hybrid in Boston, MA, with pay of $33.08–$38.87 per hour. The coordinator maintains accurate provider information across databases and online systems and supports network affiliation activities. Reliable data processing, reconciliation, reporting, and compliance work helps the organization and its FQHC partners manage provider networks and meet regulatory and contractual requirements.

What you'll do

• Load and update provider information in databases and online systems
• perform data quality checks, reconciliation, and audits
• investigate provider file discrepancies and coordinate resolutions
• support provider data policies and procedures, training, and documentation
• coordinate with credentialing departments
• prepare reports and participate in system validation.
