What you'll do

• Provide administrative support to the truck service team
• support diagnostics, repair estimates, payment commitments, repair orders, and customer communication
• ask questions to clarify service requests
• communicate job and repair status changes to customers, technicians, and managers
• resolve customer concerns and follow up on service satisfaction
• assist other service advisors
• may assist or lead dispatch of drivers for truck pickup and delivery.
