The coordinator organizes and delivers varied activities tailored to residents’ abilities, interests, and needs. The role supports residents’ socialization, independence, well-being, and participation through daily programming, individual engagement, staff guidance, and community events.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and oversee engagement programs
• implement the activity calendar
• provide small-group or one-on-one activities
• tailor activities to residents’ histories, preferences, and abilities
• train and direct staff
• plan quarterly events
• coordinate volunteers and outside entertainment
• support the memory care program.
