Compensation varies by license level and session volume: $70,886.40–$103,376 for pre-licensed therapists, $74,880–$109,200 for licensed master’s-level therapists, and $91,728–$133,770 for licensed doctoral-level therapists. Vista Counseling is building a Central Oregon team and provides mental health services. The counselor provides therapy to clients and contributes to the practice’s goal of helping clients while allowing clinicians to focus on therapy. The role requires an Oregon professional therapist license and CADC-I or CADC-II credential; the posting does not accept associate-level therapists.
