Resident Relations Manager

What you'll do

• Greet visitors, prospective residents, and current residents
• plan community outreach and resident events
• build relationships with local organizations and referral agencies
• refer qualified leads to the leasing office
• respond to resident concerns and help resolve conflicts
• provide translation and interpretation support
• monitor compliance with community rules and lease policies
• communicate maintenance needs and follow up
• support lease renewals
• document concerns, violations, and resolutions
• update the Community Manager.
