What you'll do

• Prepare patient financial charts for billing and accounts receivable
• enter charges and adjustments
• prepare and confirm patient paperwork, financial consents, and guarantor details
• discuss account and insurance changes with patients and guarantors
• complete patient paperwork and insurance appeals
• monitor prescription billing and medication fees
• coordinate Vivitrol coverage and orders
• calculate and communicate balances
• collect payments
• prepare daily deposits
• share financial information with counseling staff
• maintain utilization review and discharge information
• prepare monthly reports.
